Because of this, we ask that you carefully review all order details before placing your order, especially for custom items.

Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Custom Orders (Important)
Most of our items are custom-made or made-to-order, and **these items are non-refundable**.
Before production begins, you may receive a proof (if applicable). It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve your design, including:
- · Spelling/Numbers
- · Logos
- · Colors
- · Sizes
- · Layouts
- · Placements
- · Overall Design Details
Once a proof is approved and your item goes into production, changes and refunds cannot be made.
We are not responsible for errors that were approved in the final proof.

Eligible Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
We only accept returns on non-custom items if they are:
• Unused and unworn
• In original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Approved returns must be sent or brought to Monopoli Ink.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
• Custom or personalized items
• Made-to-order products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, you can return an eligible (non-custom) item and place a new order.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Please note: Custom items are still non-refundable.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
