How the Design Process Works
At Monopoli Ink, we keep things simple and collaborative to get you the best possible result.
For Physical Products:
1. Choose Your Product/Package
Select the product or package that fits your needs and make your purchase.
2. Creative Briefing
You’ll use the file uploader on the site and/or email us at info@Monopoliink.com to tell us about your vision, style, and goals. The more details you provide, the better we can bring your ideas to life.
3. Initial Concepts
Based on your briefing, we’ll create initial design concepts in a proof for you to review.
4. Feedback & Revisions
Share your thoughts and let us know what you’d like adjusted.
- One free revision is typically included (depending on your package)
- Additional revisions may be available for an added fee
Our goal is to refine the design in a clear direction based on your feedback.
5. Final Design Delivery
Once everything is approved, we’ll move your order into production.
For Design Services:
1. Choose Your Package or inquire directly to info@Monopoliink.com to begin.
Let us know what you are looking for – A new logo? A logo revamp? Designs for an event, apparel, or signage, etc.
2. Creative Briefing
You’ll tell us about your vision, style, and goals. The more details you provide, the better we can bring your ideas to life.
3. Deposit
Depending on your project, you’ll be given either a deposit or payment link via email. No designing begins until deposit or full payment is made.
4. Initial Concepts
Based on your briefing, we’ll create initial design concepts in a proof for you to review.
5. Feedback & Revisions
Share your thoughts and let us know what you’d like adjusted.
- One free revision is typically included (depending on your package)
- Additional revisions may be available for an added fee
Our goal is to refine the design in a clear direction based on your feedback.
6. Final Design Delivery
Once everything is approved, we’ll move your order into production. If you are seeking designs only, you will receive digital copies via link or email.
Important Notes
- Providing clear and detailed feedback helps us create better results for you.
- If no feedback is provided after designs are shared, they may be considered approved.
- We reserve the right to decline requests that are unclear or outside the project scope.
- You are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before approval.
- This includes spelling, any numbers, layout, colors, logos, placement, and any overall design.
Once your proof is approved and production begins:
- Changes cannot be made.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Orders & Payment
- All services must be paid for in advance.
- You’ll receive a purchase confirmation email and next steps after purchase so we can begin your project right away.
