Camp Crystal Lake Counselor Horror Apparel
It doesn’t have to be Friday the 13th for you to show off your horror pride of being a counselor at Camp Crystal Lake! Help recruit other counselors or spread the word to get those kiddos enrolled for the summer!
Said to be established in 1935 by the Christy family, CCL continued in peaceful operation until the summer of 1957 when a young boy named Jason drowned. Ruled an accident, the camp reopened in 1958 until the death of two camp counselors shut it down once again. It wasn’t until 1979 when the camp tried reopening, only to have all but one counselor meet the same fate. Though there are some conflicting reports on whether it was 1979 or 1980, the camp would remain closed for at least the next decade.
When were you there? Choose from the 1957-1958 seasons, 1979, 1980, or choose your own year!
